Back in January we had a technician come out to check out what was wrong with our fridge. After inspecting, he realized it wouldn’t be worth fixing as the repair would be a 50/50 shot on being fixed and gave us advice at what to consider for our next fridge. We would definitely recommend this company—and they were very quick to respond and come out especially since we weren’t able to use our fridge or freezer!

We had a very good experience with this company. They schedule based on availability and your location which is fine. The service tech called to say he was running late - which was considerate and he called again when he was in route. Upon arrival he quickly analyzed the situation. We thought our washer's water pump was shot - he confirmed it was. He used an app that after answering a series of questions it produced a fee for repair. Took the guess work right out of an estimate. The repair cost was right in line with what internet AI said it would cost. Great! So he did the repair and we're back in business. Our experience was positive. The guy was friendly, polite and efficient. We would recommend you give them a try.

Just had Eberhardt Services complete a refrigerator repair for us. Daniel did a great job, was very personable and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable with his work and the results.

Highly recommend this company. The owner went above and beyond assisting us with fixing our refrigerator after the 30 days provided by our home warranty had passed. The warranty company only allowed 30 days to fix any issues that arise after the claim was fixed, however we had an another issue at day 33. The owner of this company was very understanding, professional and hard working. He came to our home, fixed the issue at no cost and was very pleasant while doing so. Great work ethic and company would use again in the future.

We have had an excellent experience with this company! The lady in the office is very professional and does a great job with scheduling the appointments, etc. Tim is the best at what he does! We had numerous issues with our Frigidaire refrigerator and he worked through each problem efficiently and effectively. Due to work schedules, we let him into our condo and then went back to work and trusted him fully to be there without us. Tim is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Thanks for everything!

I had Eberhardt come out to repair my microwave, we had another service before but they couldn't fix it properly. The Service Technician named Dan from Eberhardt was very knowledgeable and professional and most of all very respectful, if there's a man that deserves a raise, it's Dan, he did a amazing job.

I had an issue with my washer and also questions on my oven. Setting up the appointment online was so easy and Tim from Eberhardt was there the next day, on time and seemed very knowledgeable regarding both appliances. It was obvious he was not out to sell me parts that weren't necessary. From start to finish with this company, it was professional and timely and is a business I would definitely recommend.

Hands down one of the best repair professionals we've had! We had issues with our new LG dishwasher which was under warranty and had 2 gentlemen from Eberhardt do the service call. Incredibly impressed! We received a call letting us know the timeframe the day before, they showed up in the earlier part of the estimated time, and instantly knew what the issue was. It took perhaps 10 minutes to pull out the dishwasher, replace a switch, put it back together again and test it just to make sure everything was perfect. Plus they were both incredibly nice, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Recommend highly!!
